Membership benefits include the following: various events, exclusive discounts, reservations for offline stores, etc.

We do not take a nonmember order.

Payment method

Credit card, COD (Cash of Delivery)

- For a large payments, your credit card company may contact you for security reasons.

- All payments go through a security check. The order can be temporarily held or canceled if the payment was made from a stolen credit card or by a different name. Any other suspicious circumstances will also put the payment on hold for further scrutiny.

COD (Cash of Delivery)

- You will make payments for the order and the shipping fee at the time of delivery to the mailman.

Free delivery for orders over USD 35 or Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, free shipping prices are set in local currency.

If the recipient cannot be reached more than three times, the order will be returned immediately.

When returning your order please get a refund from the mailman.

The order has been completed, and we confirmed receipt of full payment with all order details.

You cannot cancel or change your shipping address, once the payment is completed.

Please note that the expected shipping time is different depending on the country and the courier. Please check in detail with the provided tracking number.

In case of a failed final delivery attempt, the order will be returned.

If you proceed COD, the courier will contact you directly. We update our system regarding the shipment completion upon courier's confirmation.

*Singapore

For Singapore, the courier will directly handle the shipment after the payment is confirmed. A tracking number will not be provided. Please contact our Singapore CS team for further questions.

If the payment of the order has been completed. You cannot change the shipping address. Please make sure to write your correct address when you purchase.

Once the order is confirmed with the full payment, you cannot make any changes to the option or quantity. Please make your purchase decisions as carefully as possible. Also to prevent reselling, you cannot purchase more than three of the same items from one account.

morningKall provide door-to-door service through all custom clearance and tax payment.

Shipping guide

-Shipping method : item directly gets sent out from the distribution center.

-Shipping zones: all regions (except for few cities)

- Local delivery fee : depends on the zone / Free shipping for purchasing more than USD35 (Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, free shipping prices are set in local currency.)

-Delivery time: Standard fulfillment & shipping takes 5-7 business days after the order is placed using Standard Shipping.

-Item will start pack & pick, shipping the same day for all orders made before 11 am. All other orders will be sent out the next day.

-Shipping date and delivery time can be different by the courier and the region.

-There can be extra shipping fees for some specific regions.

-Delivery can be delayed depending on the stock.

-Delivery can be delayed due to circumstances of the courier.

-We will contact you directly for the items that need more time than standard delivery time or items that run out of stock.

Return policy

-Item color may vary slightly depending on the monitor manufacture. Also, the placement and color of the item label can be different from the image.

-Delivery error or damaged/defective item: Refund is available within 7 days after receiving the package or within 30 days after your recognition.

The followings are not eligible for return/refund

-Change of mind

-Items that lost its value: having a trace of scent( cigarette, perfume, fabric refresher), used items, washed, opened, stained, and damaged item or a free gift, etc.

-Items that have been damaged intentionally including, but not limited to, lost tags, alterations, washing damages, used even if the item was defective upon arrival.

-If the package has been opened for the item that has a chance of reproduction.

-Any item from which the tags have been removed, regardless of if they were defective on arrival.

-If there is a difference between the color of the actual item and the color seen on the customer's monitor due to the effect of shooting or resolution.

-Print or textiles may be slightly different from the image on the product detail page.

-All free gifts including event and promotion items, must be returned together with the returning item for refund.

-All returns are followed by the regulations based on the consumer protection act in e-commerce.

-Items purchased from the official online store cannot be exchanged/refunded at the official offline store.

-Products purchased from the official offline store cannot be exchanged/refunded at the official online store.

For any returns of wrong, damaged, or defective items, the shipping fees will be paid by us. Please contact our CS team for more detail about the returning fee.

First of all, you must contact us to request a return and follow our returning process before sending the item back to us. If the item gets returned without any requests made, we may have a problem processing it.

Morningkall does not accept a return or refund on change of mind. However, we will take your request for a wrong, damaged, or defective items. Please email our CS team to confirm and CS team will inform you about the returning process. In case of the item gets returned without any requests, we may have a problem processing your return.

It takes 1-2 business days process the refund from our system after the CS team confirms the return or refund. The actual refund is different for each credit card company, so please contact your credit card company.
